A maintenance plan for your jaw.

Therapeutic neuromodulator care for TMD, bruxism, and tension-pattern jaw pain — delivered on a twelve-week cadence at your home, hotel, or private suite. Choose the protocol your jaw needs. Pay-per-visit or annual.

Sounds like you?

Three things membership actually treats.

Therapeutic botox in the masseter and temporalis isn't cosmetic — it addresses the connected cascade of jaw pain, headaches, and broken sleep from chronic clenching.

01
For your jaw — TMJ

“My jaw clicks, locks, or hurts in front of my ear. It's sore most afternoons.”

Sound familiar → this is TMD / TMJ dysfunction. Quieting the muscles that pull and pressure the joint is what releases the chronic tension.

02
For your face + head — orofacial pain

“I wake up with headaches and a band of pressure at my temples. My face feels tight by evening.”

Sound familiar → this is tension-pattern orofacial pain. The masseter and temporalis refer pain to your temples, ears, and sinuses when they overfire.

03
For your sleep

“I grind my teeth at night. My partner hears me. My nightguard keeps wearing through.”

Sound familiar → this is bruxism. Reducing the force your jaw can generate at night cuts grinding at the source — deeper sleep, no more waking up clenched.

One or all three may apply. Your tier is recommended at the in-person exam based on which muscles are involved. You can step up or down between renewals.

Why membership

Therapeutic, not transactional.

Bruxism, TMD, and tension-pattern jaw pain are chronic. They don't respond to a single injection any more than hypertension responds to a single dose.

Real outcomes come from a continuous relationship — 12-week treatment cycles, between-visit check-ins, a clinician who knows your case. Membership is how we deliver that.

  • · Predictable 12-week cadence
  • · Telehealth check-ins included
  • · Priority booking, no consult fees
  • · Concierge delivery — home, hotel, suite
  • · One dentist, one chart, one relationship
  • · No per-unit pricing — ever

Upper-face tension · adjunct

When the jaw isn't the only thing holding tension.

Chronic jaw tension rarely lives alone. Many patients also carry tension in the forehead (frontalis), between the brows (glabella), or at the eyes (crow's feet) from the same chronic stress that drives the bruxism. Add at any visit, or schedule standalone.

Single zone
Frontalis OR Glabella OR Crow's Feet

Why protocol pricing

We don't charge per unit.

Per-unit pricing puts the patient in the position of negotiating their own dose. We don't do that here. Therapeutic Botox for the jaw requires clinical judgment about which muscles to treat and at what depth. The masseter alone might be 50 units in one patient and 90 units in another, depending on muscle mass, bite force, and chronicity. Charging per unit penalizes patients with the strongest muscles — which are exactly the patients who need the most relief.

We price by protocol — the anatomic region we treat — not by milligrams in a syringe. You see the total cost before you book. You get the dose your jaw actually requires.

Continuity

One dentist.
Every visit.
Always.

You'll see Dr. Nguyen for every visit. One dentist, one chart, one relationship — for as long as you're in the practice. No rotating providers. No handing off your case to whoever's available. No starting over each time.

Your jaw is not a generic problem and doesn't deserve generic care. It needs a clinician who learns your pattern, remembers what worked last time, and adjusts.

How membership works

Defined services, on a defined schedule.

Memberships are structured as prepaid services for specific scheduled treatments — four therapeutic Botox visits per year at 12-week intervals, with defined benefits. Not an insurance plan, not open-ended care.

01
Discovery

A free 15-minute call. We confirm geography, cash-pay fit, and the co-managed splint model. Not clinical.

02
Virtual

A $200 telehealth fit consult. Candidacy, contraindications, anatomy assessment, and recommended tier. Credits toward your first visit.

03
First Visit

A 90-minute concierge visit at your location: focused exam + treatment delivered together. Priced at your selected tier ($1,200–$2,500). Two-week telehealth follow-up included.

04
Member

Sign agreement at the 2-week follow-up. Treatments scheduled every twelve weeks at your tier's annual rate.

Cancellation

Cancel any time with 30 days' written notice. Pro-rated refunds for any prepaid but undelivered treatments. No fees.

Contraindications

If a clinical contraindication arises mid-year (pregnancy, new neuro diagnosis), membership pauses with full pro-rated refund or transfer to alternate value.

Tier changes

You can step up or down between tiers at renewal based on clinical need. Within a paid year, additional treatment scope is added at the difference in protocol pricing.

FAQ

Questions members ask before joining.

Why don't you charge per unit?
Per-unit pricing puts the patient in the position of negotiating their own dose. We price by protocol — the anatomic region we treat — not by milligrams in a syringe. You get the dose your jaw actually requires, not the one your wallet can afford. The masseter alone might be 50 units in one patient and 90 in another, depending on muscle mass and chronicity. Charging per unit penalizes the patients who need the most relief.
Do I have to join to get care?
No. You can pay per visit at the same protocol-tiered prices ($1,200 Focused / $1,800 Extended / $2,500 Comprehensive), with no annual commitment. Annual membership prepays four visits per year at a 12–22% discount and includes member-only benefits. Most patients convert at the two-week follow-up.
How do I know which tier I need?
We recommend at your in-person exam, based on which muscles are involved and the pattern of your symptoms. Patients with isolated jaw clenching typically start with Focused. Patients with morning headaches and temporal pressure usually need Extended. Patients with severe TMD or referred neck involvement need Comprehensive. You can step up or down between renewals.
What is the free discovery call?
A 15-min phone or video call to confirm fit before either of us invests paid time. Geography, cash-pay alignment, the co-managed splint model, any questions. Not clinical — that begins at the $200 virtual fit consult.
What if I become contraindicated mid-year?
If something changes clinically (pregnancy, new neurological diagnosis, autoimmune flare), we pause membership and pro-rate the refund — or transfer the balance to alternate treatment value.
What if I miss a quarter or need to reschedule?
Reschedule within the membership year at no extra cost. Skipped quarters carry forward. We coordinate around travel, illness, and life.
Can I add upper-face treatment?
Yes. Frontalis, glabella, and crow's feet are available as a tension-pattern adjunct at any visit, or as a standalone visit. $400 for a single zone, $900 for the full upper face. Many patients add it because chronic jaw tension rarely lives alone.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, with thirty days' written notice. Pro-rated refunds for unused services. No cancellation fees.
Is this insurance?
No. Membership is prepayment for specific, scheduled treatments — not insurance, not unlimited care, not a health-care service plan under California law. You continue your own general medical and dental care elsewhere.

Ready to see if this is right for you?

A 45-minute virtual consultation is the first step. We review your symptoms, history, and candidacy — honestly. Many consultations end without treatment; we'll tell you when that's the right call.
